Mr. Eccher practices primarily in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. Most notably, he represents individuals injured in automobile or other accidents who seek an attorney willing and able to handle difficult cases – and take them all the way through trial, if need be. The son of medical professionals, he brings a unique passion and perspective when representing injury victims. Mr. Eccher's law school training prepared him for handling these types of cases from start to finish, as he finished first in his class in Trial Practice and received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, primarily for his work in the area of negotiation, from the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School's nationally-recognized Alternative Dispute Resolution program. As one of Saint Louis's only attorneys – if not Saint Louis's ONLY attorney – licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as an Investment Adviser and General Securities Representative, Mr. Eccher also works with individuals and businesses in finance- and investment-related claims and matters.
