Following his service as a Marine Artilleryman and an Expert Marksman while stationed at Guantanamo Bay during the Cuban Missile Crisis, Mr. Franklin received an undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and a law degree from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. After spending significant time on the defense side of a wide range of personal injury cases - as a claim representative, a claim supervisor, and an insurance defense attorney - Mr. Franklin realized that this extensive knowledge and experience could greatly benefit those individuals injured by others. Since 1984, he has tried nearly 100 personal injury cases and represented countless other injury victims.
